"I spent about 45 minutes describing the issues with our timber frame home to the one partner. Then the person calling (the other partner) to schedule and appointment wanted to hear all of that detail again was dismissive, then never returned my calls. I would not recommend this company. I was willing to pay for a $350 site visit to get an idea of how to protect our wood from some issues, but they had no follow through and very little customer service."
